Each year, the Executive Committee, meeting as the Nominating Committee, approves by consensus a slate of officers and directors to be presented to the membership.  The election takes place at a pre-announced luncheon meeting, usually in October, with the new officers and directors taking office on January 1 of the following year.

Officers of the club serve a one-year term and may be re-elected.

Non-Officer Directors serve a three-year term and may be re-elected.

Chairmen Emeritus are automatically given status of non-voting member of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee.
